Aayah El-Naggar is a New York Licensed attorney practicing Immigration and Human Rights Law based out of Los Angeles. She speaks English and Arabic fluently and is a member of the American Immigration Law Association.
Aayah's parents originally came to the United States from Egypt on a J-1 Visa in the 80s. From there, they were sponsored for Green Cards and eventually filed for citizenship. Aayah's first Immigration Application as an Attorney was her own husband's Green Card Application. She met him in Cairo, and several years later, they were married. Since then, she has helped many of her closest family and friends navigate the United States Immigration system, and always approaches each client and each application with the same passion and personal investment as she does for herself and for her loved ones.
Her personal experiences make Aayah particularly passionate about helping immigrant communities. She is an advocate for protecting human rights in the face of national security interests, and regularly represent clients pro bono who are at risk of deportation, seeking asylum, or fleeing abusive or forced marriages.
